1. Where can FCS fan articles be purchased?
FC Südtirol fan articles can be purchased in our ONLINE SHOP , in the FCS CENTER and in the DRUSUS STADIUM (on match days).

4. What forms of payment are accepted?
Fan shop orders can be paid for by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Diners, Eurocard, American Express), Paypal or bank transfer . In the case of non-personalized items, cash on delivery by the courier is also available within Germany.
5. Has the order arrived?
If you receive an automatically generated e-mail after submitting the order, we have received the order. If you have not received a message, please contact our customer service.
6. Why are the colors of my items slightly different from the pictures in the online shop?
The items on this website are depicted as realistically as possible. The product color is reproduced as accurately as possible. Different computer screens may have different settings, causing colors to vary. As such, we accept no responsibility for any variations in color or style.
