Shipping and Delivery

For immediately deliverable products, the ordered goods will be delivered to the delivery address you provided within 4-5 working days of receipt of payment. For products that cannot be delivered immediately, such as items with personalization, the delivery time can take up to 5-6 working days.

Shipping
The shipping costs are 7.00 euros within Italy. The shipping costs for Germany and Austria are set at €10.00. For all other countries shipping costs on request!
From an order value of 100.00 euros we deliver free shipping in Italy, Germany and Austria. 

Delivery
Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address you provided during normal office hours to take delivery of the shipment. After two failed delivery attempts, the shipment will be returned to the sender. So make sure that the shipment acceptance works.

Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal applies to any product that does not match the order due to incorrect size, item or color. Customized products and products that are not to your liking due to personal taste are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
